Please note that once credit card authorization is received, depending on your bank, the funds may be reserved up to 30 days. Please check your bank’s policy. If you are paying with a debit card, you may have to validate with your bank if there are limitations on daily withdrawal amounts on your card. Envy & Co. reserves the right to request additional identification. If necessary, we will contact you by e-mail or telephone.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed or could subsequently be cancelled.
Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped Monday - Friday only. We do not pack orders on Saturday, Sunday, and major holidays. Orders placed on weekends and major holidays are processed on the next business day. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days from the order date. Please note credit card authorization and address verification may be required prior to shipping any order. Credit card authorization may take 24-48 hours for approval. You will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and expected delays.
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel any order. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed or could subsequently be cancelled.
US Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (2-5 business days)
2. USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days)
3. USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases)
International Orders:
1. USPS First class mail (6-20 business days)
2. USPS Priority mail (6-14 business days)
3. USPS Express Mail (5-10 business days)
*All international packages may be processed through customs regulations which may cause a slight delay with processing times.
